• Account details: your email address, display name, and sign-in method (email or Google).
• Purchase information: the books you buy, amounts paid, and order status. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never touch our servers.
• Shipping details: name and address when you order a printed copy.
• Your colorings: the pages you color in the studio, stored so you can continue on any device.
• Publisher details: business name, payout details (PayPal email or bank information), and tax forms you upload.
• Usage data: basic technical information such as device type and pages visited, used to keep the service running and improve it.

• To run your account, deliver your purchases, and save your coloring progress.
• To process payments, print and ship orders, and pay publishers.
• To prevent fraud and enforce our terms.
• To contact you about your orders, account, or important service changes.

We do not sell your personal information.

• Payment provider: to process your purchase securely.
• Print partner (Lulu): your name and shipping address, only when you order a printed copy.
• Publishers: see sales of their own books in aggregate; they do not receive your contact details.
• Service providers: hosting, storage, and email providers who process data on our behalf under contract.
• Legal: where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Your colored pages are private to your account. Book page images are only accessible to people who purchased the book, the book's publisher, and our administrators.

We keep your data while your account is active and as long as needed for legal, tax, and accounting purposes (for example, sales and payout records). We use encryption in transit, access controls, and private storage for sensitive files such as tax forms and book pages. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

You can access and update your account details in the app. You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account by emailing support@pagebloomstudio.com. Deleting your account removes access to purchased books; we may retain records we are legally required to keep.

PageBloom accounts are intended for users aged 13 and over (or the minimum age in your country). Coloring books may be enjoyed by children under adult supervision using an adult's account. We do not knowingly collect accounts from children under 13.
