Terms of Service

PageBloom (pagebloomstudio.com) is an online marketplace where independent publishers sell digital coloring books. Customers can color pages in our in-app studio and, where offered, order a printed copy shipped to their address. PageBloom is operated by PageBloom Studio ("we", "us", "PageBloom").

By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use PageBloom.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your sign-in credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse the service, or infringe others' rights.

When you buy a digital coloring book you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and color its pages inside PageBloom for your own non-commercial use. You do not acquire ownership of the underlying artwork, and you may not copy, redistribute, resell, or share the pages or your access with others.

Prices are shown at checkout and processed by our payment provider. Digital purchases are delivered to your library immediately after payment.

Some books offer an optional printed copy, produced and shipped by our print partner. Delivery times are estimates. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Printed copies are made to order and are covered by our Refund Policy.

Coloring books are created and uploaded by independent publishers, who retain ownership of their content and are responsible for having the rights to sell it. PageBloom reviews books before publication but does not guarantee that publisher content is free of errors or third-party claims. If you believe content on PageBloom infringes your rights, contact us at support@pagebloomstudio.com.

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the rights to, or that is unlawful, hateful, or deceptive.
• Attempt to copy, scrape, or redistribute books or page images outside the license granted to you.
• Interfere with the service, other users, or our payment and print systems.
• Use PageBloom for fraud, including fraudulent purchases or chargeback abuse.

PageBloom retains a platform commission on each sale (currently 6%) as described in the Publisher Agreement. Customers pay the prices shown at checkout; there are no hidden platform fees for buyers.

PageBloom is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for publisher content or for the acts of our payment and print partners. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to PageBloom is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions? Email support@pagebloomstudio.com.
